We have loved living here and have done a lot of work on the house and yard. We have removed walls (and the gigantic fireplace) to open up the living spaces and have updated elements of the kitchen, bathroom and basement. New Dishwasher, new induction cooktop, new metal roof, exterior paint job, new windows, and new insulation. The bedrooms are large and there is an ensuite in the master bedroom. We have also partially finished the basement including indoor outdoor carpeting on the floor, finished some walls, walled off the utility and storage room, and built a bathroom. The basement is a great space for whatever your interests require. 2 car garage with extra storage and level 2 EV charging. The yard is big and beautiful with gardening space and leisure space, including a deck under our solar PV pergola. A discount is available for renters who are interested in gardening and taking care of the perennial gardens/mulching. Some furnishings can be made available if renters are interested. Lowell/O'Keefe/East schools.

All utilities (water/sewer, natural gas, electricity, internet) will be the responsibility of the renter. Just installed brand new windows and have had significant insulation work done in the past, so heating and cooling bills will be reasonable. We have solar panels and are signed up for MG&E's time of use plan, which reduces our electricity bills considerably. Lawn care and snow removal also the responsibility of the renter. No smoking. Prefer no pets.
