- Valid current photo ID is required to complete application (driver’s license, military ID, state ID, or passport)

- Proof of income is required to complete application

- Our application fee is $45 and non-refundable

- Application must be completed for each household member of 18 or older.

- Verifiable NET income 3x the monthly rental amount (income combined for grouped applicants)

- No eviction filings, landlord collections, or liens.

- No collection accounts related to rental housing or unpaid utilities

- No felony, violent, property, pet or drug related convictions in the last 7 years

- No falsification of any application information

We are a pet friendly company with most properties allowing 1-2 animals at property manager's discretion. Pet screening is a required part of the application process for ALL applicants. Additional screening fees and pet rent applies for household pets. Service Animals do not require any additional fees provided supporting documentation is submitted and verified through a reasonable accommodation/modification request packet and/or third party screening service.

Co-signers, when required, must complete an application. Co-signers must have a strong credit history, verifiable income to cover any income requirements, and own real estate.
