Shared living room, dining room, bathroom, and kitchen. Must be clean, responsible, and organized. Rent INCLUDES heat, water, trash, sewer, electric, gas, high speed internet (200 Mbits) and TV connection from Xfinity 140+ channels. Rent is $700/month (prorated based on move in day if other then the first of the month) plus one month security deposit of $700 payable in cash, certified payment, ApplePay or PayPal. Second month must also be paid in cash, certified payment, ApplePay or PayPal. Third month onward a personal check is acceptable. Laundromat is located in a building behind the apartment. $3.00/wash and $0.25 for fifteen minutes of drying time. 24 hour Walgreens, Subway, McDonald's, Dunkin Donuts, Baskin Robins, White Castle and a bakery within walking distance.
