Tenant Responsibilities

All utilities (water, sewer, garbage, electricity & propane) and yard care (water & weed & trim shrubs and trees) are the tenant's responsibility. Please make sure you have the time and equipment to maintain the yard, or be willing to hire a landscaper to maintain it for you.

Pets

One cat or small dog is possible on a case by case basis with $50 per month in pet rent and an additional $500 refundable security deposit.

Applicant Criteria

We seek long-term, responsible, non-smoking/vaping tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history, and verified monthly income at least 3x the rent. All adults must complete our screening process ($50 per adult). We do not accept cosigners or comprehensive reusable screening reports.
