The first step is to schedule a showing. We require applicants to see the property in person, with only a few exceptions that allow proxies or virtual tours. Once you have seen the property, please submit one application and application fee for each adult who will be a tenant. Children under 18 do not need to apply. The application fee is payable in-person (cash or check) or via an online application link provided after your showing. If you need to drop off anything after hours, utilize the drop box outside the office - just make sure to label payments with your name. Once we have ALL applications and fees from your party, we will process them and let you know whether you are approved.
