We also require a application fee, Its $35.00 for 1 adult and $50.00 for 2 adults. - ONLY UPON APPROVAL - We do provide a stove. We do not provide a refrigerator. NO PETS ALLOWED!!!
Requirements:
1.) We ask that you make 3 times the rental rate
2.) We will need 2 of your most recent consecutive paystubs if self pay. If HUD, We will need the piece of paper that has the bedroom count/unit size - UPON APPROVAL - we will need your packet w the deposit/app-fee (The Resident's Benefit Package does not apply to HUD tenants.
3) An extra $49.95 charge a month for - Renters Insurance for self paying applicants
4) A copy of your I.D. .., If 2 adults are applying we will need an application filled out from both of you, 2 paystubs from both of you, I.D. from both of you.
We strongly advise that you ride by the property before you apply. We do have other properties. We are located @ 3269 Terry rd. Jackson Ms. 39212 - We also have a website [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] - You can visit our office and apply or you can visit the website and apply. You have to fill out an application before you can view the property. We are family friendly and rent affordable for all family sizes!
