Dog must be crated when left alone. NO CATS!!!! Payment is monthly thru Venmo or Zelle. 1st months rent, security deposits, and cleaning fee will be due the day you move in. I will meet with you in person to sign the short term lease and collect payment. Unlimited High Speed internet and all utilities paid.
One month stays considered but 2 TO 6 MONTH TERM stays preferred. IF interested, fill out the prescreener & an application will be sent. Deposit required to hold the house until you arrive. Great for traveling nurses & other professionals. Check for available dates.
