A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18. The applicant's background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility. The applicant must be a non-smoker. No smoking on the property. Two people per bedroom. No Section 8. One small pet with reference. $50 pet fee. The tenant pays all utilities, including trash.
