The grill on the back porch deck comes with the rental. So does the string lights that are still hung up.
- The garage has a Level 2 EV charging plug. It's the same plug as a dryer (220v). My dad was the first to use it with his Tesla
- the shed in the back comes with the rental. It has a lawnmower in it for the tenants to use. They I'll be responsible for mowing the lawn.
- the shed has 12v power running to it. You'll see a 12v battery to your right when you walk in. That's how the shed sconce's are powered. There is a small blue 110v inverter that you can switch on which will power the LED over the workbench. So it's enough power for lighting but nothing else. There is no 110v threeprong plug.
- there are two security cameras that the tenants can reset and use. They are Reolink Lumus cameras. One is on the shed and on is outside the garage doors. We never had a problem with theft when we lived there for 3 years. But I wanted to get notified of motion on my driveway. It's a nice feature.
- the TV mount over the fireplace stays. The studs are very far apart so it was necessary to make those brackets. If they want removed, I can accommodate before move in. I will supply the side that hooks up to any TV.
