The property is less than a minute's walk to the beach, down a narrow lane filled with an eclectic mix of larger new homes and smaller funky cottages. We bought this property for its proximity to the ocean, of course, but also for its generous floorplan with extra bedrooms and broad amenities, from its outside shower and hot tub to its large gourmet kitchen.
