This is a garden unit that is attached to a brand new home. Your space is NOT shared and you have your own entrance with a code door knob for your unit. Keep in mind this is a garden unit attached to an occupied home, so there is the potential for noise such as foot steps on the floor above you, water in the pipes flowing, and voice carryover. There is not a full kitchen, though you do have all the amenities of a kitchen such as a mini fridge, cook top, pots/pans, utensils, toaster, toaster oven, microwave, and coffee maker. You will not have a kitchen sink, but you do have your bathroom sink to use. There is one queen bed, a couch, and an option to have a twin blow up for a 4th person if needed.
