• Water
• Sewer
• Trash
• HOA amenities access
Tenant Responsibilities:
• Gas – Dominion Energy
• Electric – Rocky Mountain Power
Proof of utility transfer required before move-in.
Important: No smoking or vaping allowed in or around the property.
Application Requirements:
• $40 application fee per adult (18+)
• Minimum credit score of 625 and a clean background
• Combined monthly income must be at least 3x the rent
• Proof of income and 2 references per adult (1 employer, 1 previous landlord)
• Valid photo ID (State ID, Driver’s License, or Passport) required per applicant
