We currently have a sunny, updated studio available on the second floor of this historic building, tucked just behind the Post Office and across from Rivermoor Landing. Youll be right in the middle of downtown Newmarket, close to everything, and the building itself is full of character and space.
Picture waking up on a Saturday morning and strolling the few steps to The Bean Cafe for a warm coffee and breakfast. Thats the kind of downtown life you get here easy, local, and walkable.
Heres what you can expect with the apartment:

Our calls were answered by Ben himself and all the things the previous owners had failed to do like manage the landscaping, repair the decks, and service all of the plumbing and electric were all done almost overnight. Great organization and would 100% rent from them again if they owned a property where we are moving!
