The apartment features basement laundry, two levels, one full bathroom and one half bathroom, a quiet residential setting, and shared off-street parking in driveway. A 12-month term from 7/1/2025 - 6/26/2026 will be offered with an option to renew.
Tenants pay gas, electricity, internet, and annual rental registration for Winooski.
Trash, water, plowing and lawn care are included.
A pet will be considered on a case by case basis with an additional monthly pet fee.
Rental criteria:
- Rental history (or a cosigner)
- A credit and background check is typically required
- Smoking is not permitted
