Our requirements of tenants are as follows:

*A tenant's income must be at least 3x the amount of rent.

*The tenant must be able to present the following AT signing:

(1) 1 full month's rent (2) A full security deposit (the amount of which is equal to a full month's rent) for EACH ADULT APPLICANT (3) $75 leasing fee (4) If not paid already at the time of signing, a $75 application fee. (5) Proof that utilities have been switched into the tenant's name. (6) Proof of renter's liability insurance in the amount of at least $300,000.

Pets are allowed only upon approval of management.

*No aggressive breeds allowed.

*Tenant must have had the pet at least 2 years, and it must be at least 2 years old.

*The tenant will need to provide proof that the pet is up to date on its vaccinations.

If a pet is approved:

*The tenant must pay $45/month for pet rent.

*An additional deposit of $150 is charged to pet owners.

Both the additional deposit and a month's worth of pet rent would likewise be required at signing.

Pest control $20 monthly.
