There is a smaller partially open room (can be separated by curtains) with ceiling fan with lights off the hallway across from the kitchen with a large closet. Central gas heat and air conditioning are included, along with electricity, water and internet (for computers, streaming, Roku box). The Patio has a comfortable recliner with grill and glass fire pit. The back yard is landscaped with plants and lights and a natural fence and stone lined creek. 2nd floor laundry room access is available by regular schedule 1-2 days per week. There is parking space for one vehicle in the driveway. Rent is 1050.00

The neighborhood is a great one with lots of trees and people walking themselves or their dogs. Cardinals, bluebirds, squirrels, deer, owls and more visit visit the neighborhood and back yard (photographers delight) and we have lots of geese species and a heron couple or three at the neighborhood lake (1/3 mile away) and the community has formal HOA activities throughout the year as well as informal gatherings. The location is minutes away from Hull Street, Midlothian Tnkpk, Chippenham Pkwy, Powhite and 288.

The suite is best suited for one person, non-smoker with a daytime away from home job and small carbon footprint, although a small, tame (non-scratching/clawing) pet or even younger child could be considered. Loco tenums/travelling nurse/doctor/IT consultant/etc., would be considered along with a 3 or 6 month lease or longer for the right person. Furnishing the apt. could also be considered at a somewhat higher rent. Available possibly as early as mid May.
