- Fully completed application and supporting documents must be submitted before we can process your application
- Everyone must complete pet screening process even though you do not own any pet
- Every person of 18 years or older must complete and submit an application
- We are a fair housing provider - all applicants will be subject to the same requirements
- Renters are required to enroll in Resident Benefit Package (RBP) for $45.95/month which includes renters insurance, HVAC air filter delivery (for applicable properties), credit building to help boost your credit score with timely rent payments, $1M identity protection, move-in concierge service, our best-in-class resident rewards program, and much more! - No additional security deposit for pet(s).
- Max of 2 pets may be considered. There will be a one-time pet processing fee and monthly pet rent as low as $45/month (rates depending on pets' risk factor).
