Additional refundable pet deposit $200.00. Additional pet accommodation fee $25.00 a month. 1 pet per household. 25LB. size limit on pets. No smoking of anything in the apt. or on the property. Landlord will maintain landscaping in front and back yards. Landlord will change furnace filters 2-3 times a year. Applicants are not accepted on a first come, first served basis. All applications received will be processed concurrently, and from them I will select the best qualified candidate. I do require each adult (18+) intending to occupy the premises to complete their own application Please provide proof of income equal to ~2x the monthly rent amount and present and past landlord contact information. No evictions within the last 5 years. Credit, criminal and eviction reports required. Minimum 680 credit score required. The Portable screening report must be less than 30 days old and must come directly from the consumer reporting agency. If you have a portable screening report please provide me with a means to access it. I dont show a property unless the applicant meets my screening criteria.
