***We do have a few small requirements:
1.) We ask that you make 3 times the rental rate.
2.) We will need 2 of your most recent consecutive paystubs if self pay ( If HUD we will need the piece of paper in your packet with the room count/unit size. UPON APPROVAL we will need your packet w everything signed.
3.) Lastly, A copy of your I.D.
We strongly advise that you ride by the property before you apply. We do have other properties. We are located @ 3269 Terry Rd.
