Located in a serene neighborhood, this two-bedroom second-floor apartment features a charming front porch overlooking the property and park. Tenants are accountable for electricity and oil heating costs. Tenants must also monitor and maintain adequate oil levels, as any repairs due to insufficient oil will be charged to the tenant. Laundry facilities are not available on-site and must be accessed externally. Smoking and loud noises are not tolerated. Due to Bristols winter parking ban from December 15 to March 15, parking is restricted to assigned spots during ban, while street parking is allowed while ban isn’t in effect. Please note that tenants do not have access to the rear of the property, which is designated for parking only. An additional fee of $50 per pet will apply for only small pets. To be considered, all applicants are required to agree to a background and credit check and pay a non-refundable fee of $50.
