Our income requirement is 3X rent, with proof of income. 600+ credit score. No felony convictions or evictions in the last 7 years. $35 application fee. Move in cost is first month's rent + one month's rent for security deposit. Dog OK under 25 lbs. full-grown, however no aggressive dogs or breeds, with Non-Refundable Pet Fee. No Cats. No Monthly Pet Fees. No Community Fees. No Parking Fees. Vehicles must have current tags and be operational. We do not accept Section 8 or THA vouchers.
