So, when you see the pictures of the green space and swimming pool, its only this building and the one across from this building that uses these facilities. Having spent many, many weeks at the condo while the work was taking place, as the owner of the condo I can tell you that the people who live here are extraordinary friendly.

No smoking allowed either inside the unit or on the balcony. The the tenant does NOT pay for the water utility service. Tenant does NOT pay any of the Home Owner Association fees. Tenant DOES pays for his/her electric and internet service. Tenant is required to obtain renters insurance to protect against liability should his/her negligence cause injury to others. Renters insurance is very, very inexpensive.
