Lease Terms:
For this 12-month lease agreement, smoking and pets are not permitted. Any adult aged 23 or over must complete an application process, which includes a required application fee. The tenant will also be responsible for Homeowners Association (HOA) fees, which include a $150 charge for elevator use during move-in and another $150 for elevator use upon move-out. Additionally, the HOA requires a $250 security deposit, which is reflected in the listing. Tenants are required to pay for utilities through Banyan Utility Company. Tenant insurance is mandatory, as well as a monthly fee of $10 for furnace filters.
