RENTAL TERMS:

Available on a monthly basis with a 6 month minimum, lease with a $1000 deposit and a one-time $195 exit cleaning fee. If you are bringing a non-barking, small dog, who is quiet and non aggressive, there is an additional one time $100 pet cleaning fee. Application Fee / Background check $35. Need to fill out an information sheet along with a copy of your drivers license, California lease agreement. Renters policy with $300,000 liability coverage.
