We have an updated one bedroom apartment with high ceilings and ceiling fans available right in downtown Newmarket. Its on the first floor of Five Chapel, a historic building tucked just behind the Post Office, across from Rivermoor Landing. The location is close to everything, and the building has a lot of character and space.
Picture heading out on Friday evening and walking the few steps to The Oak House, Stone Church or The Riverworks for a night out and good food. Thats the kind of downtown life you get here easy, local, and walkable.

I dont have enough great things to say about Ben & the team. The company bought the building our apartment is in from a large real estate company and we could see the changes immediately. Our calls were answered by Ben himself and all the things the previous owners had failed to do like manage the landscaping, repair the decks, and service all of the plumbing and electric were all done almost overnight. Great organization and would 100% rent from them again if they owned a property where we are moving!
