Off the living area is the good-sized bedroom with two closets and an area for either a nice large dresser or desk. The bathroom is off the bedroom with beautiful finishes and a walk-in shower.

The drought tolerant and easy to maintain landscaping ensures a beautiful living environment and privacy with fast-growing plants along the fence line. The home is on a larger property, shared with another home. The two homes each have their own private yard, separated by a fence. The home is powered solely through electricity, and it is sub-metered to ensure cost-sharing based on actual usage of PG&E and water.

Tenant is additionally responsible for their trash. All utilities will be billed back by the property owner either every other month or on a monthly basis. Sorry, no pets. Absolutely no smoking. The lease will be one year in length. The security deposit will be one months' rent.

We approve applicants who have a household income of three times the monthly rent amount (sorry, no cosigners), good credit (625 min. credit score) and positive landlord and/or employer references. Applicants cannot have any record of bankruptcies in the last two years or any previous unlawful detainers. A complete application package includes an application as well as income verification (paystubs, tax return or offer letter for a new job). No co-signers or rental guarantors. We require a separate application for any resident over the age of 18 who will be living at this residence. We also require any resident under the age of 18 to be identified as well.
