Pet Details: Pet Screening requires vaccination records, license and current photo of the pet(s). Limit of 2 animals allowed. Pets must be at least one year in age, no puppies/kittens. Pets with previous bite incidents denied. Aquariums are not allowed. Additional deposit may be required, up to $300 each pet. Pet rent will be charged: $50 per pet/monthly. (Qualified service animals not subject to breed restrictions/deposit/rent) Aggressive breeds NOT allowed. Including but no limited to: Akitas, American Pit Bull Terrier; Anatolian Shepherd; Bull Mastiffs; Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher; German Shepherd, Great Dane; Huskie, Malamute, Pit Bull Terrier, Presa Canario, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Any Wolf-Dog Hybrids. Any mixed breed dog that has any unacceptable breed as part of the dog's lineage will be denied. See screening criteria for additional details. Management reserves the exclusive right to accept or reject any pet at all properties.
