I am looking to share my home in Mountlake Terrace. Very private dead end, less than a mile from light rail. EV charging.

3 standard bedrooms and upstairs bathroom for ~$2400 ($800 each) a month. If you want just a single room than $900 each and we can pick additional roommates together. Hardwood floors and a closet in each. I can paint the kids rooms prior to moving in.

I am mostly in the basement but would lightly share the kitchen. You're welcome to hang out in the basement living room. So an additional 300 square feet of shared space.

There's a trampoline and hot tub in a very private backyard that backs up to the greenbelt. Walking distance of MLT Elementary. I work as an engineer on site, not from home. I have my young kids here Mondays, Tuesdays, and every other weekend (although we spend a lot of weekends at my cabin in the pass).
