1 Bed 1 Bath Mobile Home w/ Washer/Dryer - COVID-19 UPDATE! Please do not travel from out of town to view the property. The Jackson County Dept of Emergency Services is requiring that all who travel from out of town Quarantine themselves for 14 days and also that during the stay at home order people STAY AT HOME. We will not allow showings or move-ins for those travelling in from out of town. We thank you for your cooperation in this very important ruling.

This home features a screened in back porch, flat yard, and well water.
The home is heated by a propane heater and also features a propane stove.
Tenants are responsible for mowing the lawn & weedeating and keeping Drain Pipe Clear of Debris for the Water.
No Heavy Trucks on the Little Wooden Bridge please!
Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Please don't assume that your pet will be approved. Owner's insurance prohibits agressive breed/partial agressive breed animals of any kind. You must submit vet records, pet reference, and pictures of the pet for approval. There will be a pet fee to be determined also on a case by case basis. Pet fees range from $250-$500 on average
Home is on a private shared well and 2 bedroom septic tank and therefore is not suitable for living situations that require a lot of water usage. Home is not available to Undergraduae Students or Multiple Roommates!
Tenant must Maintain the Yard, bushes,Remove Trash weekly. Strict no smoking policy.

We strive to offer transparency when renting a home for owner clients and rent the homes as "what you see is what you get." We recommend doing a "drive-by" during daylight hours to make sure the location and feel of the house meets your expectations prior to scheduling a showing. In the spirit of transparency, here is a short list of pros and cons.
Pros:
Flat Paved Access to the flat driveway, Very close to Hwy 441, clean with some new flooring intalled in 2017, OK cell service
Cons;
No central heat/AC (have to use window units or floor units), older home, smaller closets, smaller septic capacity better suited for 1 person that doesn't do a lot of laundry. It is on a shared well with the neighboring 694 Tathams creek and your power runs the well for both. We estimate this adds about $20-$25 per month in extra electricity but is factored into the low rent price. Consistent extra grounds work needed to keep spring water away from the house.
We are setting this home up for self showings due to Covid-19. Please remember to lock the door and turn off the lights after the showing and put the key back in the lock box and make sure it is secure. Follow up with the office to let us know you toured and secured the home.
