This amazing space was created by my mother-in-law, Flor. After 40 years as a beauty consultant, stylist and educator for Paul Mitchel she turned her attention to creating a harmonious space she could share with guests to her home. This is a completely separate unit that does not share any space with the main home. Come, vis
The space
This is a wonderful studio retreat. It has a kitchenette with hot plate, blender, toaster oven, coffee maker and microwave. A mini-split AC unit heats and cools the space. Come relish the most wonderful space in all of Chula Vista.
Guest access
This guest suite is attached to the host's home but it has a separate entrance and is not connected to the home (other than common walls). You have an assigned off-street parking space in the driveway and your own outdoor space adjacent to the unit. If you require a washer/dryer during your visit you may request access to the shared laundry in the garage from the host.
Other things to note
For stays longer than 30 days, I require a deposit in the amount of one month's rent to be paid offline due 60 days prior to arrival as well as a formal lease agreement.
Despite any stated cancellation policy, I will refund 100% for any cancellations made prior to 90 days from your arrival date. Thereafter I will refund your rental fee to the extent I am able to re-rent the unit for the days cancelled.
