There is a large, covered, rocking chair front porch that extends the length of the home as well as a small covered porch at the rear entrance. There is also a single-vehicle carport adjacent to the home. There is a lockable storage/utility building in the backyard. The home does have a refrigerator and electric range. There are washer/dryer hookups for you to care for your laundry in your own space as well.

The interior of the home features a Spacious living room, large kitchen, dining area, hallway laundry area, a large primary bedroom with a walk-in closet and en-suite bath with a large garden tub and separate shower stall. There is a spacious spare bedroom with an en-suite bath as well. There is also a high-efficiency heat pump, newly installed in 2023 that provides heat and a/c.

The home has just had renovations including roof refinishing, freshly painted ceilings, and all interior walls are also freshly painted. All sub-flooring was just replaced throughout the home, and new vinyl-plank flooring has been installed. Tree trimming and landscaping in the backyard have also recently been done. A whole house surge protector has been installed. Exterior pressure washing has been done as well.

The location of the home is amazing! Youre in close proximity to great public and charter schools. There are grocery stores and other shopping (5-10 minutes), as well as all of the fun things Asheville has to offer nearby! (Asheville Outlets, Downtown, Eateries, breweries, mountain biking and hiking trails, Parks, Biltmore Estate, NC Arboretum, all 10-15 minutes). You also have the option to head west into Haywood County for a lot more to see and do!
