Near a beautiful lake view just around the corner adding to the tranquility of this peaceful retreat. Country charm conveniently located just 15 minutes from Little Rock and north Little Rock. Has a window unit that is AC/Heater combo. The only downfall is the driveway, gets flooded during rainy season. Especially where pot holes are. 
Pre-screening is required after we will send out the application. Proof of income 3 times the rent, and check stubs required 6 months. Proof of identification, 3 former rental references. Pets have to be pre-authorized by landlord.
