Utilities included: cable, electricity, heat, gas, internet, air conditioning and water. Is not pet friendly. Date Available: Mar 31st 2025. There are coffee tables at the front and backyard where you can enjoy sun rise and sunset. There are roses, marble tree, and types of flowers next to the window of the first room you can even smell while you sleep. We can share a big living room with a 65in TV (but no later than 9:30pm)
