Sleeping arrangements are plentiful, with one Tempurpedic Lux Breeze King Size bed, 2 similar quality King Size beds with cooling and memory foam, and one Queen Size bed with memory foam. One of the King Size beds, located behind the kitchen, features an Ergo Base, designed to provide relief for those with back problems. With the ability to elevate both the head and legs, guests can easily adjust the position of the bed to their liking, ensuring maximum comfort throughout the night. This is a great option for those who suffer from back pain or simply prefer to sleep with their head and legs elevated. Guests will also appreciate the convenience of a brand new Samsung washer and dryer, equipped with auto dispense so that they can fill it with enough laundry detergent for 32 loads and forget about it.
There are two main parking spaces available at the house, and guests can also find ample additional parking space next to the arecas. WiFi 6 routers ensure that guests can stay connected,
The patio features a mosquito screen, allowing guests to enjoy the outdoors without worrying about pesky insects. For those concerned with water quality, the entire house has reverse osmosis water filtration, and each bathroom vanity has its own water filter and shower head filter for even more purification.
Entertainment options abound, with one 77 inch LG OLED TV, one 65 inch OLED LG TV, and one 55 inch OLED LG TV in the game room, along with 2 55 inch LED LG TVs. All of these TVs have smart features, including YouTube TV, HBO Max, Netflix, and Disney Plus. For those who enjoy playing pool, the house also has an amazing pool table, perfect for games with friends.
For families with young children, we do offer baby cribs to our guests. However, to ensure maximum comfort and safety for our guests, we only provide these cribs upon request. If you require a baby crib during your stay, please let us know in advance and we will be happy to provide one for you.
Main house guests are the only ones allowed in the pool. Cottages don’t have acesss to the pool.
