The house is large, sunny, and well kept. The backyard is very spacious (roughly 1400 square feet). Worth a visit!
Large Master Bedroom ($1400/month):

- medium-sized walk-in closet (approximately 4x7)
- big window allowing lots of sunlight
- hardwood floors
- nice, clean, recently painted
- unfurnished (pictures furnished for staging)
Details on the house:
- two stories, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms

- huge kitchen with beautiful cabinets
- big living room with matching couches
- cute coffee nook
- dining room with large glass dining table and matching chairs
- dishwasher and garbage disposal
- upstairs bathroom is shared by two upstairs housemates

Details on the Housemates:
- There are currently two people living in the house. One of the housemates is a man in his 30s, who is a 1st grade teacher on an 8 to 5 schedule. He lives in the downstairs bedroom with his own bathroom. The other housemate is a woman in her 40s, who works in the baking/restaurant industry and has a sweet 9 year old neutered Shiba Inu dog. She lives in the other upstairs bedroom and will be sharing the upstairs bathroom.
Details on the Neighborhood:
- near the 44, 8, 8AX, 9, 9R, 90 bus lines
- the Glen Park BART is a seven minute bus ride or twenty minute walk away
- only a two minute drive to the 101
- Grocery Outlet is a three-minute walk away
- Safeway and the Alemany Farmers Market is a short drive
- inexpensive local restaurants on San Bruno Ave include Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, Mexican, and pizza
- a little farther away is Mission St, where there are taquerias galore!
Monthly Utilities:
- Electricity, gas, water, internet, and garbage range from about $150 to $200 each month. This is not included in the monthly rent.
