LEASE INITIATION FEE (One-Time): $150
TENANT RESPONSIBILITIES:
Gas and Electric must be put in tenant name and proof of confirmation sent to property manager prior to move in.

• $40 fee per adult 18+.
• Minimum 625 credit score and clean background.

• Will require photo of each applicant's State ID, Driver's License, or Passport.
