This apartment has its own side/private entrance that can be accessed from the parking lot. Features a open living room/dining room area and a newly renovated kitchen. The bedroom fits a queen sized bed and dresser- its very cozy and has two big windows that get beautiful sun throughout the day. Parking is available ON SITE, one spot is guaranteed for this unit (other vehicles must street park- plenty in the area).
Please contact by submitting a time to tour the apartment (I work from home so early mornings and evenings are the only times were available from M-F, weekends were available Saturday morning or Sunday evenings. Feel free to text as well. If you call, please leave a voicemail.
No window AC units allowed on 2nd floor- portable AC units okay- landlord willing to provide a portable unit if necessary for the summer for a fee
Landlord pays for water & sewer, heat, as well as garbage removal (including recycling every 2 weeks) year round. Snow removal from parking lot in winter months. Tenant is responsible for electric for their unit, as well as wifi/internet services (satellite dishes are NOT permitted). Tenant is responsible for clearing snow off their sidewalk entrance in winter. The home insurance does not cover tenants, landlord suggests tenants obtain personal renters insurance
If smoking or vaping evidence is found in the apartment it could terminate the lease. There is no smoking allowed on premises except out front of the building, at least 25 feet away, to respect other tenants.
