The large en suite primary bathroom features a separate sink area from the toilet and shower, a large soaking tub, towel warmer, bidet toilet and a vanity space that could easily double as a work desk. The second bathroom is conveniently located next to the second bedroom and features, ample vanity storage, bidet toilet, original to the home tile in the shower, European teak spa flooring and a multiple setting shower head.
Each room has been carefully curated with care to provide both design and functionality. All rooms are equipped with traditional household items to make your stay as comfortable and simple as possible. Just bring your clothes and personal items and you are set! The spacious large deck features a BBQ grill, a large circular sun lounger and Adirondack chairs.
We conveniently offer month to month leasing so you can be as flexible as your life needs you to be. We also offer special leasing arrangements for traveling nurses and for disaster relief. Have a furry pal? Were happy to be a pet friendly rental. We hope your furry friend will enjoy the view as much as we do.
All utilities are paid for including wifi.
Electricity however is not included.
Minimum 30 day lease. Small dogs and cats are allowed, with pet deposit and additional leasing, not to exceed 2 pets.

No smoking aside from designated outdoor smoking areas.
Unit is fully furnished, renters responsible to maintain common household items/furnishings.
$4200 security deposit to be returned within 21 days after full inspection of unit upon vacating.
