EMPLOYMENT HISTORY: applicant to provide most recent pay stub and reference to verify employment. Self-employed applicants to provide bank statements for last 3 months and signed tax return for past year.

INCOME REQUIREMENT: Income to rent ratio minimum 2.5:1

CREDIT HISTORY: Min 700

RENTAL HISTORY: references for previous housing providers for the past 18months with no previous evictions

CRIMINAL RECORDS: We perform an individual assessment of any adult on criminal evictions to determine whether a business reason exists to deny tenancy. We consider the nature and severity of the offense, the number and type of convictions, the time that has elapsed since, evidence of good tenant history before and after the conviction, any additional info showing rehabilitation, good conduct, or other factors that you would like us to consider.
