Credit score (no minimum, as its considered with other factors as part of a comprehensive applicant score)

Rental history (3+ years total, with at least 12 months at your current residence must be on the lease agreement, with no evictions)

Employment history (12+ months of continuous employment)

Criminal background (no convictions related to violent felonies, property crimes, or financial crimes)

Please note: This property is only available to local applicants. Were unable to accommodate those moving from 50 miles or more away.

We do accept animals up to two dogs, depending on the number of residents and breed restrictions based on insurance. Cats arent allowed, and other animals are considered at the landlords discretion. There is a one-time $35 fee and $35 per month, per animal.

There are TWO options for viewing the home:
