Throughout the condo, guests will enjoy high-vaulted ceilings, brand new appliances, comfortable furniture, hardwood floors, chic light fixtures, and modern, stylish decor. Positioned in walking distance to restaurants, shops, nightlife, and more just off of Cannon Street. 1 off-street parking space included!

The property features…
A Comfortable Living Area/Lounge Space. Upon arrival, guests come into the house’s main entrance, ascend two flights of stairs to the 3rd floor, and access the condo through their own private entrance. Upon entry, a few steps down the hallway is the living room lounge space. This bright, open area features a large cream colored loveseat sofa, an oversized club chair, wooden coffee table atop a rattan area rug, a flat screen TV, wooden console table, underneath a ceiling fan. These features, as well as being open to the kitchen, make it the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of traveling. Just off the main hall, guests will also find a closet housing the stacked washer and dryer units.
A Fully-Equipped Kitchen. Our kitchen is open to the living room area and comes fully-equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator/freezer, stovetop, oven, and dishwasher. Stone countertops, trendy light fixtures, a toaster, coffee maker, and all basic cooking utensils will make you feel right at home while also meeting all of your cooking needs. The breakfast bar with 2 wooden barstools seats, is the perfect spot to enjoy a meal and relax with one another.
3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. The 1st bedroom, located at the start of the hallway, features a plush queen sized bed framed by a tufted headboard, tall dresser, bedside table and lamp, wall mirror, a spacious closet, an en-suite shared bathroom and an overhead light with a ceiling fan. The en-suite bathroom connects to the 2nd bedroom and boasts stone tile, brand new fixtures, stone sink countertops, industrial-style vanity lights, and a large standup shower. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen sized bed atop a distressed solid wood bed frame, a bedside table and lamp, a large closet, an en-suite full bathroom (shared with 1st bedroom) and an overhead light with a ceiling fan. The 3rd bedroom, located at the end of the hallway, has a plush queen sized bed on a solid wood bed frame, a bedside table and lamp, a spacious closet, a full en-suite bathroom, and an overhead light with a ceiling fan. The en-suite bathroom provides guests with complete privacy as well as featuring stone tile, brand new fixtures, stone sink countertops, industrial-style vanity lights, and a large standup shower.
