Additionally each adult applicant must have - Good housing history - No unpaid housing- No unpaid utilities - No evictions within past 5 years - No bankruptcies within past 2 years. Individual owners may have additional requirements for their specific property. A Lease Administration Fee $125 is due at time of lease signing.
