APPLICATION PROCESS
We have a Pet Policy that allows for 1 cat maximum, with a 1-time pet fee of $250 per pet.
Credit and Background: 650 or above credit score. Applicants with a lower credit score due to lack of history may be considered with a higher deposit.
No criminal background and no previous evictions. For couples or roommates, both applicants must pass the credit and background check.
A Security deposit that is equal to 1 month's rent is needed to hold the apartment.
