There is 1 other resident that occupies the 2nd bedroom of this 2 bedroom house. He is a 54 year old male with 1 large dog, however this resident is only home 1-2 days per month and does not share bathroom or kitchen, resident has his own room with private bath.
You will have full exclusive use of the rest of the home and gated property, garage will be shared, however current resident does not use often, if he does it is to store his motorcycle. garage has a outside lock which you will be provided key for and must be kept locked at all times
House will be fully furnished with everything from dishes, and utensils to yard tools and basic needs tools.
Beautiful view of Columbia River, wrap around deck and walking distance to downtown Rainier
All utilities including Wi-Fi will be covered!
I co own this home with the other tenant, I am renting out my portion because their is a immediate need for me to relocate due to family emergency, this will require me to be gone for 2-3 months and I would like to have someone at the house while I am away, so I thought a short term rental would be a great remedy.
Absolutely no big dogs, 20 pound weight limit, NO CATS! People with small children I highly suggest to not apply, this house sits directly on Hwy 30 and has steep steps for entry way.
