At the rear of the home, the laundry area and a convenient half-bath lead to the true highlight of the property—an outdoor oasis designed for relaxation and entertaining.
The private patio offers a seamless blend of luxury and comfort with a sauna, an outdoor shower, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen featuring a grill, Green Egg, and a large dining table for al fresco meals. Upstairs, the primary suite is a serene escape, complete with a king-size bed, a spacious closet, and an en suite bathroom with dual sinks and a glass-enclosed shower. - Dogs less than 50 pounds can be negotiated with a $250 per pet fee.
- In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $350 upon signing the lease agreement.
