The Pods on Remington provide a boutique style of living boasting large “studio like” bedrooms with generously sized private closets and private bathrooms. Each bedroom is individually hard-wired providing various options of entertainment; we offer both Comcast Cable and Direct TV connections as well as free, professionally managed WiFi!
You control your own heating and air conditioning within your own Pod/bedroom!  Enjoy all the modern conveniences of living at the Pods on Remington while living in the charming Laurel School Historic Neighborhood.  University students and staff you don’t need a car if you live at the Pods on Remington; this unique property is three blocks to Old Town Fort Collins and one block to Colorado State University! Located in the heart of the campus area you can walk to many eateries and services and transportation in the nearby neighborhood.
Each unit has a spacious eat in kitchen where each tenant is provided their own refrigerator and private pantry. Washer and Dryer provided in every unit. Every tenant is provided a 5x7 ft storage cage in the basement of the property.
Off Street Parking is available and there are plenty of racks for bike storage.  2 and 3 pods units available. Bring your friends or let us help you find a roommate. Bedrooms are individually leased.
