Up to two pets considered. Non-refundable pet fees (up to $500/pet) and monthly pet rent ($25/mo per pet) may apply. This property DOES NOT have a fenced yard or private outdoor space for dogs to roam. Cats must be kept indoors per city ordinance.
One year lease. Property is available May 12. Applicants must begin lease within one week of availability date (by May 19).
This is a non-smoking property. No smoking indoors or outdoors No federally illegal drugs of any kind.
Maintenance of shared landscapes spaces and snow removal from shared driveway spaces included. Maximum of two cars permitted. One car must be parked in tight two-car garage (two small cars can fit though) and only one is permitted to park behind garage.
Resident pays electric, trash, and gas, and television/Internet. Water is paid with a flat monthly fee to manager of $65/mo.
