This sunny second floor studio apartment at The Flats on Sixth, a beautifully maintained Victorian on a tree-lined street in Old Louisville, has a living/bedroom with a closet, a full kitchen with fridge and range, and a bathroom with bathtub/shower. It's in a lovely old building with friendly neighbors, and property owners who want you to love your home. Did we mention the parking lot?! The studio has three huge windows overlooking trees and 6th St.
Wifi is included and parking (off-street!) is included. There's a coin laundry in the basement. Utilities share (water, LG&E/gas+electric) is $150 a month in addition to the rent for a total of $875.
We do have some rules: No pets, no smoking (not even outside), keep it quiet at night. In general, be nice. Central air and furnace are on a shared system. There's not an elevator, so you'll get your workout with the walk up. It's a cozy (read: teeny) studio, so it's best for fans of #tinyliving.
Deposit is $725 and we'll verify that income is at least three times the rent; run credit, background, and eviction history reports; and check references.
The Flats on Sixth is a five minute walk from Central Park, and close to great local spots like Old Louisville Coffee Coop, Old Louisville Brewery, Noble Funk Brewery, and Logan Street Market. It's a quick hop downtown or to U of L.

Old Louisville is a historic, diverse, urban neighborhood just south of downtown. There's a beautiful, large, Olmsted-designed park a couple blocks away and we're super close to many points of interest including U of L.
