Description
Renovated one bedroom apartment at The Flats on Sixth, a beautifully maintained 16-unit building on a tree-lined street in Old Louisville. This is a lovely old building with friendly neighbors, and property owners who want you to love your home.
Utilities share (water, LG&E/gas+electric) is $150 a month in addition to the $845 rent for a total of $995. Wifi is included and parking (off-street!) is included. There's a coin laundry in the basement. #12 is a ground floor (of a two-story building) one-bedroom apartment.
We do have some rules: No companion animals, no smoking (not even outside), keep it quiet at night. In general, be nice.
Note: these photos are of a furnished apartment; this is rented un-furnished. (Please contact us for pricing and availability of monthly furnished rentals.)
Deposit is $845 and we'll verify that income is at least three times the rent; run credit, background, and eviction history reports; and check references.
The Flats on Sixth is a five minute walk from Central Park, and a quick hop downtown or to U of L.

*Transportation and parking*
-You will have one parking space in the lot. Street parking is also generally readily available.
-A LouVelo bike share is around the corner, and the TARC bus line stops up the street.
-Driving distance: a large grocery store (Kroger) 10-12 minutes; the Logan Street urban public market, 5 minutes; the Highlands neighborhood 10 minutes; Trader Joe's/Whole Foods/the malls/suburbs, 18 minutes; downtown/the riverfront 11 minutes.
