Description

Available March 1st! (Please only contact us if you are interested in a March 1st lease start date, though you are welcome to move in later.) A short term lease is welcome, even just 2 months, since we have many asking to start a lease May or June!

This is a sunny and private 2nd floor apartment set back from the road, in the rear part of the building. Large balcony off of living room, lots of light from skylights in ceiling! This can be a 2 bedroom, or 1 + office, since one bedroom is accessible through either the bathroom or the other bedroom.



Apartment has new flooring, brand new kitchen, recently painted walls, and some other updates. Washer and dryer hookups in the apartment, located in the kitchen. Or you can use the washer and dryer in the basement, sharing with the downstairs neighbor. We may be able to provide additional storage space in the basement of the building.

Convenient Old North End neighbourhood. Right across from Integrated Arts Academy and a small farmers market. 2 off street parking spots included in rent!

4 unit multi-family home

Landlord pays for lawn care, trash, water/sewer, plowing. Tenant pays electric, heat, cable/internet, etc. Lease can be any length as long as it ends in a spring/summer month.

Good references and credit/background check and proof of monthly income of 3x the rent. Pets need excellent references and 6 months history with the household. No smoking.

Security deposit is required upon signing the lease (and is 1.5x rent if you have pets). First and last month required before move in. All tenants must have renters insurance.
