Or you can use the washer and dryer in the basement, sharing with the downstairs neighbor. We may be able to provide additional storage space in the basement of the building.

4 unit multi-family home

Landlord pays for lawn care, trash, water/sewer, plowing. Tenant pays electric, heat, cable/internet, etc. Lease can be any length as long as it ends in a spring/summer month.

Good references and credit/background check and proof of monthly income of 3x the rent. Pets need excellent references and 6 months history with the household. No smoking.

Security deposit is required upon signing the lease (and is 1.5x rent if you have pets). First and last month required before move in. All tenants must have renters insurance.
